SolDevelo focuses on the comprehensive development of its employees’ skills, and above all, on improving their technical and professional qualifications.

During the last decades, the term work and life balance has been used so often that it became a banality, and no one really remembers what it exactly means.

Our journey started at the end of the rainy season, which is actually not the best time to visit Kenya, due to the number of mosquitoes transmitting malaria. Before the trip, we had to visit the Tropical Medicine Clinic. After a short conversation with the doctor, we were vaccinated for yellow fever and got a prescription for anti-malaria pills.

We are happy to announce that SolDevelo has recently become a Standard Consulting Partner in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network! It is a major honour to be recognised by Amazon, a cloud computing giant, for our work and professional skills.

This time SolDevelo took a distant route to one of the most famous cities across the globe- Hong Kong. Our journey started in November, which is actually recommended time to visit this region- because of acceptable weather and end of “typhoon season”.

At some point, all of us stood in front of a choice. Entering the adulthood. Having in mind, on the one hand, friends, school, social life, youth, on the other our own future, work, career. A hard choice for young people, and in most cases decisive for the whole life.

Nowadays whether a company is a smaller startup or a giant corporation, it can’t become successful without a well-functioning software product supporting its business. What practice has turned out to be the best?

This year SolDevelo was celebrating 9th birthday. Since we are the company that vividly promotes a healthy and active lifestyle it is no wonder that also our integrational party had to have something in common with sportsmanship and group competition.

It was 11th time when “Forbes” magazine handed their prestigious prize – “Forbes’ Diamonds” to the companies which in the last year accomplished a significant rise in value.

Since training programmes designed for growing our skills have already become one of SolDevelo core values, the next step should be to make every-day-learning a habit and therefore a really casual, team-building experience.
