As every year, summer season is our time to meet in a more relaxed and informal setting. This time, our annual company team-building event took place in a charming spot in Sopot – the “Harnaś” restaurant, nestled in greenery not far from the Forest Opera.
Although the weather forecast wasn’t on our side, it didn’t stop us from having a great time together.
SolDevelo Summer Party brought together 59 participants, including employees and their guests. We kicked off with gift-giving: new branded company gadgets and prizes for winners of our internal competitions. But the real highlight of the evening was the drumming workshop.
Within just a few minutes, it became clear – this was a hit! Energetic drumming, rhythm exercises, sound improvisation, and singing unleashed positive energy and reminded us how joyful shared music-making can be.
Team-building in the rythm of drums
Guided by an experienced instructor, we explored drumming techniques, learned how to hold and play the instruments, and gradually built up from simple rhythms to more complex sequences – playing in sync, with big smiles all around.
As the session went on, vocals joined in – shy at first, then stronger and more confident, until our voices truly filled the space! Melodies inspired by African and South American traditions took us on a brief journey across continents, with samba bringing the highest burst of energy.
The workshop turned out to be more than just fun – it was a brilliant opportunity to practice teamwork, active listening, and group awareness. After all, to achieve harmony, you have to tune in to others and align your rhythm with the group’s. At the end of the workshop, we had a surprise: those interested could try a sound massage using a large drum – and our own hands – to relax and wind down in an extraordinary way.
The evening closed with a barbecue dinner and long conversations – at the table, in smaller groups, relaxed and unhurried.

We’re thrilled that despite the unpredictable weather, we managed to create a space full of laughter, good energy, and genuine joy through teamwork and creative expression. See you at the next team-building event! Last year we paddled all the way to the sea and two years ago we solved urban puzzles – who knows what theme awaits us next time?
