How do I install the Advanced File Gallery app?
Just head over to the monday.com Marketplace, search for Advanced File Gallery, and click the Install button. If you don’t have permission to install apps, you may need to ask your workspace admin to do it for you.
What kinds of files are supported?
You can view and manage all files added directly to monday items – including images, PDFs, videos, sound files, and even monday workdocs. You’ll also see links to any externally added files (like Google Drive or Dropbox). Files from item updates aren’t supported yet, but we’re working on it!
Can I download multiple files at once?
Yes! You can select individual or multiple files and download them in one click – perfect for keeping things tidy.
