We invite you to join our team!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Java Developer to join our team in Gdynia. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend development, primarily in Java, and will be tasked with developing new or extending existing Dockerized services built using the Spring Framework. You will be working with Big Data, developing network-oriented solutions, writing API endpoints and integrations with other systems, and writing unit and integration tests. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Java
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of non-relational databasesHands-on experience with Spring Framework
  • Knowledge of REST
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests
  • Higher education in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems
  • Experience with Big Data (Kafka, for example)
  • Knowledge of network protocols
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ReactJS
