Responsibilities
Contact with customers
- Service desk management
- Support email & phone & video calls
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers and partners
- Keeping in touch with current customers and partners
- Seeking out potential partners and reaching out to them
- Showcasing our products during demo meetings
Sales support
- Actively partaking in discussions on Atlassian Community and recommending our products to potential customers
- Cooperating with Atlassian Partners – inviting new partners to join our program, showcasing our apps, maintaining cooperation, providing training for partners and their clients, creating additional sales materials or other benefits for partners.
- Event support – actively participating in conferences to promote our apps, manage stands and network among Atlassian partners.
Requirements
Must have
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Experience as a Sales Representative, using the language of benefits and handling objections
- Experience in the IT market is preferred
- Experience in providing digital assistance, especially through online calls and by providing demonstrations of the product.
- Experience in working directly with customers or partners, preferably via chat or video call
- Flexibility to support clients in U.S. time zones, including the future possibility of afternoon shifts.
Nice to have
- Interest in marketing
- Participating in promotion events like conferences
- Experience working with Jira products
- Familiarity with the Scrum framework
