Currently, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced person who will join our team in the Service Delivery Department as a PM LEAD.
Requirements
- Experience (relevant) – 5+ years of experience in project management
- Languages – English C1
- Certifications and/or training courses: Agile PM or similar
- In-depth understanding and strong expertise in IT project management
- Experience working in an agile (Scrum) environment
- Experience in the use of IT project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Strong self-management and self-organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude to knowledge sharing
Responsibilities
PM Lead efficiently and accurately uses, compares, and evaluates: best practices, methodologies, processes used in project management, and tools and technologies used to support project management. Equally important – PM Lead plays the expert and mentor role for other PM team members.
- Continuously establish and update company standards within the PM area and play the role of the owner and the expert in this field
- Identifies how PM team members align within an organizational standard and support them in achieving the set goals
- Helps PM team members identify the scope of the project itself and their role in a particular project based on the project requirements
- Helps PM team members identify the required metrics and work to have them in place
- Figures out what skills are required and balances the PM resources accordingly with those needs based on their own interests as well
- Identifies if there are any skill gaps and plan for training & education sessions
- Identifies the tools for project management, and educates the team on how to use those tools.
- Plans and hosts regular knowledge transfer sessions for the PM team
- Retains skilled resources by instilling leadership in them and offer guidance to the junior resources as and when required thereby enabling them to grow
- Serves as a high-level PM expert and provide guidance for other departments or clients if needed
