Simple time tracking and reporting based on Jira issues
What happens in Jira stays in… Worklogs. Worklog is a transparent summary of all the time logged in Jira issues. Entries made in the app are also stored in the issue so that everything is well-organized and quick to find. And report to the stakeholders, of course.

Frequently asked questions
How can I create a timesheet for my users?
Worklogs uses your Jira Time Logs and issue fields to create a report. For a timesheet report, we recommend to Categorize by: User and Group by: Issues. This way you’ll be able to see all the hours and tasks of your team members.
How can I view the Time logs comments?
The Worklogs – Time Tracking and Reports app allows users to add comments to the time log that can be visible to others. To leave a comment while logging your time, add information to the ‘Work Description’ field.
Once you’ve logged the time, your comment will be visible when clicking on the time log in the report and when entering the Jira issue in the ‘Work log’ section.
What are your security measures or certifications?
SolDevelo is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 ceritifed. Additional details concerning privacy and security can be found on the app’s marketplace page.
Does Worklogs process any user data? Where are they stored?
In the case of a Jira server or data center, no data leaves the user instance. The cloud version of the app stores configuration data, such as non-working days or default time range.
How does the pricing work? Can I pay only for selected users?
All Jira apps are billed based on the total number of active users on your instance. If price is an issue, don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss your case further!
