Sure! To be honest, half of our team works remotely. You can either work fully remotely or you can choose the hybrid mode. However, if you prefer the traditional way of working, you are always welcome in our office in Gdynia.

Every year you can settle PLN 12k. This covers training and industry conferences, courses, studies, and postgraduate studies.

SolDevelo is a software house with its own Product Department. Thanks to this combination, we can craft our products keeping in mind both business and user needs. We are located in Gdynia but most of our employees work remotely.
